This section explains what to bring, how to get here, and how to transfer digital files to Printing Services. In addition to your digital files, Printing Services will need a mockup and a separation output of your job. These tell us important information about how you want your final piece to look when it is printed. The mockup tells us what pages go in what order, where you want inserts, bleeds, and more. A separated proof tells us exactly what inks to apply to each element in your job.
Once you have your digital files ready for Printing Services, there are several options for getting them to us, whether via the campus backbone, the Internet or removable media such as zips.
